nDelius

The UK’s national probation case management system, nDelius (National Delivery of Information for Users) enables justice system employees access to all offenders’ Service User’s Journeys and track both offending and risk information.

nDelius is the case management system for probationers, and has been in use since 2012 during which time it has managed more than 5,000,000 probation cases, supported 18,000 registered users and at any given time enables the oversight of over 250,000 probation caseloads.
