An advanced analytical tool designed to help operational staff assess prisoners’ wellbeing and safety. Developed in collaboration with leading prison operators and aligned with empirical research on prison suicide and self-harm behaviours.

The system analyzes a set of dynamic factors based on prisoners’ interactions along with proven static indicators based on individual profile, alerting to any deviation from an individual’s daily routine signaling a need for intervention.

Configurable dashboards display population trends, targeted risk lists, and behaviour patterns over time, enabling proactive intervention and improved prisoner support.

VisitSense AI

An advanced anomaly detection application that analyses prison visit booking and attendance data to identify unusual behaviours, emerging risk patterns and hidden relationships amongst prisoners and visitors.

Built on graph-based machine learning and explainable AI, it converts prison visit activity into actionable intelligence that strengthens dynamic security, supports safeguarding decisions and reduces manual analysis, while maintaining full human oversight.

Biometric Applications – Security & Control

Secure management and control of the Visits activities, physical access and movement of visitors, prisoners and staff throughout custodial establishment and secure, controlled access to prison assets (staff keys) and services (Medication Dispensation Lockers).

Seamless Integrations with entry/exit barriers, staff keys and radio vending cabinets supports efficient process flows and increases traceability and auditability.

Medication Dispensation Lockers (MDL)

A multi-award winning, innovative digital solution is developed in collaboration with Traka (Assa Abloy) and designed to enhance security, efficiency and accessibility in medication distribution. MDL eliminates queuing at medical hatches, reduces frustration and frees healthcare staff time, allowing better planning and monitoring by staff.

Biometric authentication ensures only authorized users to retrieve their medication, with full audit trail for compliance. Any anomaly or error triggers automated alerts and notifications to staff, enabling timely interventions.

MDL enhances security and creates a safe and controlled environment for managing dispensation of medications, reducing risks for staff and prisoners.

Shop & Digital Services

Secure Retail, Online social & legal Visits Booking Platform and Digital Content Management extend the core custodial management, providing enhanced capabilities for secure and efficient management of physical and digital services.

Secure Shop/Retail

Provides end-to-end Management & Control of Prisoner Canteen/shop, Stock, and Transactions, enabling centralised stock management, financial reconciliation, configurable restrictions, automated ordering, and prisoner employment workflows for picking and packing.

  • Seamless integration with prisoner Self-service canteen/shop and prisoner finance for automated reconciliation and processing.  
  • Configurable parameter settings allow control and management of products based on site-wide or individual prisoner criteria - restrictions, spend limits etc.

Online registration and ID verification, eases the review and management of visitation requests, providing flexibility to cancel or adjust visit bookings with automated confirmation and reminder services.

The social and legal visits booking platform integrates with existing systems and is deployable standalone.

Digital Content Management Portal

Prisoner-facing Services

Enables the configuration and management of prisoners’ access to free or subscription based multi-media content: TV, radio, podcasts, films, music, games etc.

A comprehensive parameter set enables site-wide configuration, or applied to individual prisoner’s security and risk profile. Settings can be applied on a site, group or individual level to configure:

  • Access permission to each content category
  • Time allowance for access/viewing with cut-off times
  • Settings for subscription based content (fee, payment, availability)
  • Comprehensive audit trail and reporting
