Compensation
- Annual Salary review

- We trust you to do your job well, at times that suit you and your team

Working from home
We employ people from all over the UK so most of our employees work from home.
- If your job requires you to be in the office, we have modern offices in Newcastle, London & Southampton
Holiday
- 25 days holiday a year, plus bank holidays

- 10 days paid sick leave
- Cycle to work scheme
- We offer a standard eye test and contribution towards VDU use glasses.
Pension
- We will automatically enroll you after 3 months
- We offer a 5% employer contribution. You’ll need to pay 5% too
- You can opt out and we will pay 5% extra to your salary as a taxable benefit
