Send money cheaper to your loved ones in prison
Unilink Technology Services is decreasing the Secure Payment Services fees
- From 1st February the fee is decreasing by 20%
- Over 170,000 friends and family will benefit from this change
Unilink Technology Services, part of The Unilink Group, has negotiated reductions in the costs from our suppliers and we are pleased to pass these on to our customers. The reduction is by an average of 20% in costs to the friends and families of prisoners.
Secure Payment Services enables friends and family to send money to prisoners in the UK that operate our services from any device with an internet connection. Secure Payment Service is a safer, faster, more secure way to pay online, and the payments sent go directly to the prison. The service removes the need for cheques, postal orders and cash and is much faster. Over 170,000 friends and family members of prisoners are using the service at present.

What our customers say:
“I find both email-a-prisoner and the secure payment service fantastic. I mainly use the email system and at HMP Kilmarnock my partner was able to reply which was a great way of keeping in contact. …. the reply service… promotes family contact and also gives longer serving prisoners an insight into modern technology!” (LM, Ayrshire)
