Unilink bolsters senior team with two new non-executive appointments

Unilink is pleased to announce the appointment of two new non-executive members to its board. Paul Mullins has been appointed to Chairman in a newly created role. Mr. Mullins has had an esteemed career in the City with a strong background in M&A for a number of financial services institutions. He is a member of the Independent Advisory Panel of the Regional Growth Fund and Chairman of the Education and Training Foundation.

In addition to Mr. Mullins’ appointment, Unilink has appointed Sir Martin Narey as a non-executive member of its board to perform an advisory role. Sir Martin has extensive experience through a career in the justice sector, serving as a prison governor and then Director General of The Prison Service of England and Wales and later Permanent Secretary in the Home Office. Sir Martin’s career working for the Government saw the establishment of the decency agenda in prisons and a reduction in reoffending.

Both of these appointments represent an important milestone for Unilink as it seeks to promote innovation and efficiency in the justice sector.
