Unilink, the international provider of cutting-edge digital solutions for the criminal justice sector, is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a £11.8 million contract by the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) to support and develop the nDelius system over the next three years. nDelius (National Delivery of Information for Users) powers the probation system in England and Wales.
Unilink, which this month celebrated its 30th anniversary, has been a trusted delivery partner for the MoJ for the past twenty years and is committed to ensuring the efficient and safe operation of nDelius and its development.
Unilink’s extensive experience in delivering enterprise-class software to UK probation services has enabled us to design a modern, intuitive, and user-friendly interface. This interface delivers significant savings on staff time, seamless communication across teams, simplified workflows, improved logistics and processes, and enhanced accessibility.
Unilink possesses deep domain knowledge of the data models, policies, and legislation that underpin the criminal justice sector: both probation and prisons. We provide comprehensive support and maintenance for the nDelius application, the national probation service case management system used across England and Wales since November 2012 and developed originally by Unilink.
