Unilink will be attending ICPA 21st AGM and Conference 2019. The event, one of the largest in the prisons and correctional field, will take place in Buenos Aires, Argentina between 27th October and 1st November and is hosted by the Federal Prison Service of Argentina.
The theme of the 21st Annual Conference is “Strengthening our Correctional Cornerstones: Rights, Dignity, Safety and Support”. Over 150 speakers will provide a rich and diverse programme which covers a wide variety of topics addressing challenges and highlighting best practices.
Sir Martin Narey, Non-Executive Director, The Unilink Group and Head of the England and Wales Prison Service 1998-2005 will have a special contribution on Tuesday, 29th on the topic: “Forget Rehabilitation. The Real and Moral Challenge is to make Imprisonment Humane.”
